Financial Resilience Through Seasonal Planning

Practical programs designed for Vietnam's dynamic economic cycles

Managing finances across Vietnam's distinct seasons requires more than standard budgeting advice. Our programs focus on real scenarios that businesses and individuals encounter throughout the year—from Tết preparation to monsoon season adjustments.

We've been helping people in Huế and across central Vietnam since early 2023, refining our approach based on actual challenges faced by local families and businesses. Each program runs for six to eight months, starting in autumn 2025.

Our next cohort begins in September 2025. Enrollment opens in June, giving you time to assess your current financial patterns and decide if this fits your needs.

How the Program Unfolds

Our curriculum adapts to Vietnam's economic patterns, addressing quarterly shifts that impact household and business finances.

1

Foundation Building

We start by mapping your current financial rhythms. This isn't about judgment—just understanding how money moves through your life across different months and seasons.

2

Seasonal Analysis

Together we identify patterns specific to your situation. Tourism businesses have different cycles than agricultural suppliers. We work with what's actually happening in your world.

3

Strategy Development

You'll build adjustment strategies that work for your circumstances. We provide frameworks, but you shape them to fit your reality—because you know your business better than anyone.

4

Ongoing Refinement

The real work happens when you apply these approaches. We stay connected through monthly check-ins, adjusting your plan as circumstances change throughout the program period.

Who Leads These Programs

Our instructors have spent years working with Vietnamese businesses and households. They understand the specific challenges of managing finances in a seasonal economy because they've lived through multiple cycles themselves.

Both Thái and Quang came to financial education through different paths. Thái worked in agricultural finance before transitioning to education in 2021. Quang spent a decade helping tourism operators manage revenue fluctuations before joining our team in 2023.

What matters most is their practical experience. They've seen what works and what doesn't across hundreds of real situations. Their teaching style focuses on concrete examples rather than theoretical concepts—because theory doesn't help when you're making actual budget decisions in July versus December.
